Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-19 · Applies to fud.markets

Prediction markets involve real financial risk. You can lose the full amount you commit. Read each market’s rules and the order details before trading.

1. Using FUD

These Terms govern your use of FUD.markets (“FUD”), including its website, account, wallet, deposits, market creation, orders, positions, settlement and withdrawals. FUD is an independent project operated by FUD.markets. By checking the acceptance box and continuing during account setup, you accept these Terms and the specific wallet-funding authorization shown in that flow. If you do not agree, do not create a wallet or use the service.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), legally able to enter into this agreement, and permitted to use prediction markets where you are located. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including restrictions on participation and tax obligations. Do not use FUD if your participation is prohibited.

2. Your account and wallet

You are responsible for your account access and activity. FUD uses third-party wallet and infrastructure providers. Keep your login methods secure and review the permissions shown during account setup and in Settings. Availability of the service or a provider may be interrupted.

For newly created eligible wallets, the account setup flow may establish a limited, recurring permission for automatic deposits of Solana mainnet USDC from your wallet to the FUD deposit account. The permission is restricted to that token, destination and wallet authority, with a maximum of 50,000 USDC per transfer. It has no overall deposit cap or automatic expiry and remains active until revoked in Settings. It does not authorize withdrawals, arbitrary signatures or trading signatures. You may revoke it, but doing so can stop automatic deposits and require reauthorization before some features work. Withdrawals and any other permissions follow their separate flows.

3. Deposits, balances and withdrawals

Send only the supported token on the supported network to the address shown in FUD. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in loss. A transfer is not credited until the service detects and reconciles it; confirmation times can vary. A displayed balance may temporarily lag an on-chain transfer or pending order. Withdrawals depend on available funds, required authorization and network conditions. FUD may pause a transaction for security, reconciliation or legal reasons.

USDC is issued by a third party and its value, redemption and availability are not guaranteed by FUD. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and may incur network costs.

4. Markets, orders and settlement

Each market has its own question, outcome rules, deadlines and resolution source or method. Review them before submitting an order. An open order can wait for a counterparty; submitting it does not guarantee a fill. Orders and positions can lose value, including all money committed. Displayed prices, odds, potential returns and market-cap data can change or be delayed. FUD does not guarantee a counterparty, liquidity, a particular price or a profit.

Filled positions are settled according to that market’s published rules. Some markets use a price source; others require a manual outcome decision. A market may be delayed, cancelled or voided under its rules if a reliable result cannot be determined. The treatment of a voided position may differ from a refund of its original purchase price; review the applicable market rule. FUD may correct an obvious error or suspend activity when needed to protect market integrity, subject to the applicable rules and law.

Any FUD fee or network charge applicable to an action should be shown in the order or withdrawal flow before confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the final amount and cost.

5. Fair use

Do not manipulate a market, submit misleading information, abuse multiple accounts, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity. FUD may restrict an account or market to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or technical failures while preserving records needed to reconcile users’ funds and positions.

6. Risks and availability

FUD is not investment, legal or tax advice. You make your own decisions. The service relies on blockchains, smart contracts, wallet providers, data feeds and other systems that can fail, be delayed or contain errors. FUD does not promise uninterrupted service or that a market outcome will match your expectation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. A new version will have a new effective date and will be made available before it applies to new account acceptance. We will not silently replace this versioned page. Changes to a specific market’s rules after trading begins are handled under that market’s published rules, not by changing this page.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without excluding any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be brought before the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, to the extent the law permits.

9. Questions

For questions about your account, orders or these Terms, email fudmarkets.app@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, wallet secrets or one-time login codes.

Privacy Policy

To operate FUD, we process your login identifier (such as an email address or connected account), wallet address, profile details you choose to provide, orders, positions, deposits, withdrawals, support messages and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and error logs. This information is used to provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, reconcile transactions, respond to support requests and meet applicable obligations. We do not need your wallet’s private key to display your account.

Solana transactions and wallet addresses are public and cannot be erased by FUD. We share the data needed to run the service with wallet, hosting, infrastructure and analytics or error-reporting providers; they may process it outside Argentina. We do not sell your personal information. We keep off-chain records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. You may request access to or deletion of off-chain personal data where legally available by emailing fudmarkets.app@gmail.com; public blockchain records and legally required records cannot be removed this way.
